Heirloom Sewing

You can create new heirlooms

and the memories that make them special

just by owning them.

Southern Stitches has earned a reputation for classic, quality garments, worthy of a true heirloom. My garments and original designs have been featured in Sew Beautiful and Creative Machine Embroidery Magazines.
All garments are made to your specifications using quality fabric and fine French cotton laces. All seams are French seamed, serged, or "French serged". All smocking is done by hand using DMC perle cotton #8, DMC embroidery floss or floche. I have over 24 years experience in smocking and hand embroidery. Special care is taken to make sure that you are a satisfied customer.
